Workshop FAQ

Please se below for a list of FAQs relating to our workshops. If there is anything we haven’t covered, do feel free to email and ask and we’ll get back to you as quick as we can!

- Where are the Workshops held?
Workshops are held in woodland not far from the town of Horsham in West Sussex. We will send further details on location and directions once you have booked your place.

- Can I come by public transport?
Yes. Horsham has a train station and bus services. We can arrange to collect you from the train station and drop you back there at the end of the day. There is an extra charge of £5 for this service.

- Is there parking?
Yes, we have space for car parking.

- Are there toilet facilities?
This depends on our location. Often, there will not be a toilet but we will be in private woodland and you will be free to find a secluded spot to go outdoors. We provide water, hand sanitiser, toilet paper, a trowel and lighter (to burn the paper).

- Is the site accessible by wheelchair?
This will again depend on the site. Some of the woodland locations are by their very nature, bumpy, muddy and uneven in terrain but we will always do our best to make the site as accessible as possible.

We want to do our best to make our workshops open to all - if you have any concerns about accessibility or the physical requirements of any of the course activities, please contact us and we’ll be happy to answer questions and help as best we can.

- Do you offer discounted places for those without the funds to pay the full price?
We do. In order to be able to cover our own costs, we need to have at least 5 full paying places confirmed. Once we do, we can open up 2 ‘pay what you can afford’ places per workshop. To register your interest in these places, please click here to complete the online form. When places become available, we will email those interested and allocate places on a first come, first served basis.
