This weekend we took a little bit of the woods to Milton Keynes as part of The Rolling Home book launch party and exhibition. Long time supporters and friends of Miscellaneous Adventures, Calum and Lauren recently successfully funded a Kickstarter campaign to publish their first book of photos, stories and van life advice compiled whilst travelling 80,000 thousand miles in a self-built VW T4 camper, aka The Rolling Home.
The exhibition consisted of not only Calum's beautiful photos and Rolling Home branded goods, but also the real life camper in its current mid renovation state, affording aspiring van lifers the opportunity to see what goes in to converting a former working van into a cosy home on wheels.
We were kindly invited to take part in the exhibition and built a small woodland camp scene complete with glowing campfire and boiling kettle plus a collection of objects, photos and artwork that reflected the story and ethos of Miscellaneous Adventures.
We also had a little table with some of our latest offerings available to purchase including a new art print which will available on our store soon. Thanks so much to those who bought things!
Several other Rolling Home friends, collaborators and brands were also taking part and it was great to be in such good company and meeting so many great folks in the flesh including, Feist Forest, The Tempest Two, Poler Stuff, Beautiful and the Feast and others. Big thanks to Calum and Lauren for inviting us to take part!
